Hi there,
I’m
Natania-

Integrated health care practitioner and holistic health care advocate.

For nearly three decades, Natania has helped people reclaim vitality through bodywork, movement, and with a constant focus on whole-body wellness. Her work adapts to the individual, sometimes one-on-one, sometimes in collaboration with trusted practitioners — because true wellness is never one-size-fits-all.

Multiple practitioners. One collective approach.

While most of my work is one-on-one, some clients benefit from a broader approach. This involves working alongside trusted practitioners, including bodyworkers, movement specialists, and integrative eproviders.

That's why I've expanded this practice into a collective—bringing together practitioners trained in this same whole-body methodology.

Certified Rolfer™ and Bodyworker

From the East Coast to the West, Natania has worked with thousands of clients—including athletes, fellow health professionals, and everyday movers—throughout her 28-year career. She’s been featured in PopSugar, SELF, Byrdie, and other national media outlets, and served as the manual therapist for the UCLA Women’s Gymnastics Team. She has taught nationally and is a published author in the areas of movement, health, and bodywork.

Known for her rare ability to integrate bodywork, movement education, and whole-person wellness coaching, Natania offers a well-rounded and deeply personalized approach to helping the body return to its true physiology. Her education through the American College of Sports Medicine and the National Academy of Sports Medicine grounds her work in science, physiology, and movement mechanics. She complements that foundation with advanced training at the Institute of Psycho-Structural Bodywork (IPSB) and the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute—both of which draw from alternative and energy-based principles, teaching practitioners to work with the physical, emotional, and energetic systems of the body.
