For nearly three decades, I’ve helped people reclaim vitality through structural integration, bodywork and movement, with a constant focus on whole-body care.

My work adapts to the individual, sometimes one-on-one, sometimes in collaboration with trusted practitioners, because the right approach to wellness is never one-size-fits-all.

Hi there, I’m Natania-

Multiple practitioners. One collective approach.

While most of Natania’s work is one-on-one, some clients benefit from a broader approach. That’s why we’ve brought together a collective of practitioners trained in this same whole-body methodology under one roof, carefully selected for both their technical skill and their way of working.

Skilled bodyworkers, trained movement specialists, integrative providers — all united by a shared belief that the body functions as an integrated whole, and that meaningful change comes from listening, adapting, and collaborating.

Natania is known for her rare ability to integrate bodywork, movement education, and whole-person wellness coaching, bringing a well-rounded and deeply personalized approach to helping the body return to its true physiology. From east coast to west, she’s worked with thousands of clients throughout her 28-year career, including athletes and fellow health professionals—and has been featured in press like PopSugar, SELF and Byrdie.

Her training at institutes like the American College of Sports Medicine grounds her work in science physiology and movement mechanics, complementing that foundation with advanced training at the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute—which draws from alternative and energy-based principles, teaching practitioners to work with the body’s physical, emotional, and energetic systems.
