Rooted in clinical & alternative training

Since 1998, Natania has worked across nearly every facet of the wellness industry — from massage therapy and Rolfing®, to personal training and collaborative clinical care. She is a state-certified Massage Therapist (CAMTC), certified Rolfer™ and certified Personal Trainer (NASM). In addition to her clinical training, she often works closely with physical therapists, trainers, acupuncturists, and chiropractors to provide a more integrated, effective approach to treatment. Natania’s early career in wellness program design further shaped her strategic and holistic mindset.

She’s helped individuals navigate the real-life obstacles that often stand between intention and transformation—whether physical, behavioral, or emotional. This rare combination of clinical and alternative training allows Natania to meet clients where they are—bridging intuitive body listening with science-backed technique. Whether guiding postural alignment, recovery from injury, or nervous system regulation, she tailors each session to the body in front of her—offering not just symptom relief, but true structural change.

Mindset

“When the body is aligned, health has the space to emerge. ”

At the center of Natania’s work is this deep belief. Her mission is to help clients reconnect with their body’s natural physiology so they can move through life with greater ease, clarity, and strength. And all is starts with asking the right questions. To get to know our bodies is to be curious through learning, play and exploration. As a deeply curious person, Natania is devoted to asking questions and engaging my clients with insights, enthusiasm, and optimism.

The principles guiding Natania’s work

Centered entirely on you

There is no master blueprint to wellness. As each of our bodies is unique and continues to adapt in different ways, so does our own answer to wellness need to be.  Every body tells a different story, and finding what works and what does not is unique to each individual. It is this that drives Natania to learn about different methodologies and approaches.

A curious approach to care

To get to know our bodies is to be curious through learning, play and exploration. As a deeply curious person, Natania is devoted to asking questions and engaging clients with insights, enthusiasm, and optimism. She firmly believes that you can’t realize your true potential unless you have a connection to your body and an understanding of how to take care of it.

Working from the ground up

Where other approaches change our perspectives to change our physical structure, Natania’s approach is bottom up, changing the quality of our connective tissue to feel more at ease. When the fascia, tendons and ligaments are worked on, our brain returns to a state of knowing what it should be doing— bringing us back to our true selves.
